Carn Brae is open for bookings based on 1, 2, 3 or 4 bedrooms. The house is never shared with strangers. No matter how many rooms you book during the week, you will have access to the entire home and it’s facilities, including a gorgeous cocktail room, formal lounge, fully
equipped kitchen, casual dining, lounge, plus large outdoor gardens.
All children are welcome. All children under 12 years of age are charged $60 per night for extra beds. All further older children or adults are charged $100 per night for extra beds.The maximum number of extra beds allowed per room is 1.

The Formal Dining Room
An elegant and sophisticated room in which to enjoy a special dinner with friends, a romantic meal or a formal business event. With beautiful stained glass windows, a stylish couch or a comfortable chaise lounge to recline on, this classically styled room is designed for you to enjoy.
The Kitchen and Breakfast Nook
The kitchen at Carn Brae comes equipped with cutlery, crockery, glassware and cookware. Perfect for that weekend with friends celebrating each other with your fabulous food creations. Basic breakfast provisions (tea, coffee, sugar, bread, and spreads) are on hand as well as the always welcomed espresso machine with a comfortable breakfast nook in which to enjoy a cozy start to the morning.
The Informal Dining Room
The informal dining room, with it’s stylishly casual comfort, is perfect for a fun family meal, relaxed dining with some good friends, or the exact venue for a less formal team planning and motivation event.
The Informal Lounge
This relaxing, well lit room is the perfect spot for reading, comfortable conversation or even watching TV. A great space for the children to hang out, a gorgeous spot for a cosy cuddle or a quiet place for some well deserved me time.
